We require proof of income to show 3x the monthly rent for any unit selected. Complete a PetScreening profile.
Cosigner is not permitted for applicant denied for credit. Guarantor bank statements should be 3 times the annual rent or more.
Proof of income must meet our 3x monthly minimum requirement for the community.

Pricing Details & Costs
One Oak Brook Commons does not require a security deposit.
Any one-time or monthly fees (such as admin or technology fees) are listed in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.
Utility inclusions are outlined in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.
Resident-paid utilities are outlined in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Accepted payment methods are outlined during the leasing and resident onboarding process.

Move-In, Lease Terms
Lease terms vary based on availability and currently range from 6 to 14 months.
Move in requirements include proof of renters insurance, rent payment, and a ComEd electricity account number. All required items are outlined in the welcome letter.
No. Apartments are offered unfurnished, but the leasing team can refer applicants to a rental furniture company if needed.
Subletting is not permitted. Lease transfers may be allowed with approval from management, and a transfer agreement outlining the terms and requirements will be provided.
A written notice of at least 60 days is required for non renewal.
One Oak Brook Commons is a strictly non‑smoking building, including all units, balconies, and common areas.

The fitness center and first floor amenities are open 24 hours a day. The pool deck is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm, and the social lounge is open daily from 5 am to 10 pm. Amenity hours may be subject to change.
Yes. The social lounge and sports club can be reserved for private events. The social lounge is available for $150 per hour and the sports club for $100 per hour.
Reservations can be made through the resident app, where the rental agreement and details are available during the booking process.
