Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

Pricing Details & Costs
Natural gas, water, trash removal, sewer, recycling, and 500mbps of dedicated high-speed internet through Comcast (Xfinity). Also outlined in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.
Residents are responsible for establishing an account with ComEd to pay for general electricity consumption within the residence/apartment home, plus renter’s insurance.

Amenities
Packages are delivered to a package room that is accessible 24 hours a day. Residents use a unique access code to enter the package room and retrieve their deliveries.
